I frequently speak about the power of gratitude, but what many people practice today is simply a “Gratitude Attitude”- a brief moment where we acknowledge what we’re grateful for.

Through the journey I take with my clients toward consciousness, connection, wellness, and fulfillment, I always (yes, always!) recommend mindfulness-based meditation as a foundation.

One weekend, I invested in two amazing days learning and reminding myself of new and "known" practices of living a life of truth, authenticity, health, and wellness.
